another favorite corner at our #sssclovertudor and it looks like it’s going to stay this way for a while… we just signed a lease agreement to rent it out fully furnished to a new family. 💛

when we listed it, we listed both for sale and for rent and a renter came first! this will also give us the opportunity to do our original plan of a phase 2 of construction, once their lease is up (adding a bathroom and renovating the upstairs one) to complete the full restoration. happy to hang on to this sweet home for at least a little while longer

started with a blank canvas and went all out. limewash, custom floor to ceiling oak wardrobes, custom window treatments, and just wait until you see the balcony off of this room..
