An Update from Lulu and Georgia
On behalf of everyone at Lulu and Georgia, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. At this point in time our main priority is the safety of our community - including staff, customers, and suppliers. Please find updates below (last updated: 5/12/20)
This situation is changing rapidly and we’re taking this day-by-day. We want to provide you with the actions we’re taking now:

Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in order processing and shipping. While we are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, our warehouse will continue working with skeleton crews to practice social distancing and follow health guidelines. Please reference leads times on the product page for specific details.

We are increasing our return window from 14 to 60 days.

Most of our returns are processed through our Los Angeles warehouse. While we continue to work with skeleton crews, the issuance of return labels and actual refunds may be delayed.

If you have placed an order for an item that ships White Glove service and you live in an area with the Shelter-in-Place mandate, your item will be held until after that mandate is lifted.

If you have placed an order for an item that ships White Glove and you’re not feeling well enough to accept or do not feel comfortable accepting, please email support@luluandgeorgia.com to reschedule or change the delivery to a front door drop off.

If you are placing an order for items available for immediate shipment, please ensure your shipping address is a residential address. At this time, our carriers cannot deliver to business addresses. Please email support@luluandgeorgia.com prior to purchase if you need assistance determining items available for immediate shipping.
